Re: Exposing SABnzbd port to internet, security question
I'm also rather paranoid but I don't use SSH tunel (yet:)) But I recommend following: set strong password and don't use login admin, administrator, use SSL either run SAB on HTTPS or use reverse proxy, get a SSL certificate for your web server.

I get that error sometimes too but never from both servers at the same time, sometimes pause/resume helps. Sometimes "force disconnect" but in most cases it's goes away after few mb.

That would be great, should I post in feature request?shypike wrote:No, but there could be one in a future release.
I understand, what I would like to know, is there a way that 3rd party software could check a status of file sent to SAB?shypike wrote:I cannot solve the other problems.

Re: Time out problem
Try other servers. First of all you should use SSL when connecting with a usenet server.
Go to SAB and configure two servers:
- ssl-us.astraweb.com, port 443 or 563 ssl enabled and
- ssl-eu.astraweb.com, port 443 or 563 ssl enabled
bot 10 connections each and test it.

SAB and SickBeard error handling
Hi, Just minutes ago SickBeard started to download some tv show (full season) to SAB. For some reason SB snatched only few files but about that I'm gonna ask rascalli. Anyway, I logged to SB web interface and manually pressed search for missing episodes. Most of them go added to queue but some didn'...

Re: SAB warnings but only when web interface is open
I don't have any addons but I tried with FF 8 beta. I didn't get any errors. I'm a bit confused to be honest. There has to be something in my profile. I'm gonna have to live with it

Re: SAB warnings but only when web interface is open
Stopped CP and SB and it still happends.Any chances to dig dipper into it? Asking ReadyNas at the same time.
Edit:
It's not happening in IE only in FF. I'm using CP script for greasemonkey but that's not it. Even with disabled GM warnings are being still generated.

Re: Notifo notification at completed download
I was using Notifo but for some reason sometimes it was working sometimes not. The easiest way if you don't use SickBeard or CouchPotato (because they provide notification like prowl or notifo) is: - go to https://www.prowlapp.com and create account - under API Keys you will find your API e-mail - g...

Re: Looking for help, willing to make a donation
Alexx all you need it to define categories in SABznbd, then you connect with Sabmini to your SABnzbd and change category of the download. After that it will be downloaded to specified folder and once it's get downloaded CouchPotato will do the magic. In my SABnzbd setup I have two categories: "...

Re: Maxing download help
@shypike are you using ssl servers? I'm using ssl-eu and ssl-us both 10 connections @jaychamp have you confirmed that this is not the isp issue? Download anything from microsoft or symantec or nvidia. They are on akamai so you should be able to get stable results. You could also check http://ngroups...
