I am using : UseNetServer Works perfect for me. Getting great speed , have 20 Mbit  getting like 1600 - 1700. But I normally restrict it to 1000 , as I want to play games also 101 days retention, so taht always helps me. And if it's to old // well I just request it to be posted again  :P ANd another...

Spare PC is not that expensive , you can get a nice one for like 50 euro max.
For linux it does not need to be that powerfull

Also association with *nzb files might be an idea. So when you double click it automatically imports them to sab, either by putting it in the blackhole or another method.
