Thanks for your comment, iUseNetter. SAB does not appear when WIN-Key is pressed nor when I use the START button. They do show in the SETTINGS > APPS list and in the list of programs when I'm using REVO uninstaller. But it does seem to be working again after my uninstall/reinstall.

Thanks for your reply, safihre. Your suggestion seems to have straightened things out, although SAB still does not show in the Windows program list in the startup window. That isn't important to me as long as everything else is working smoothly. Thanks for your help.

I am a returning SAB user and have been doing a lot of downloading. As I was monitoring the interface I noticed that my download speed was only 4-8mbps. My ISP plan provides 70mbps. Why am I not seeing this speed while downloading my NZBs? Have I failed to set something properly?
