Re: Extract to NAS on Ubuntu 9.0.4 (XBMC Live)
In sabnzbd+ I Learned I can't unpack directly to the NAS (like //nas/folder or smb://nas/folder) Or can I? So I have to permanently mount this //nas/folder to a location on the asrock. Correct. The root folder in sabnzbd+ is "/home/xbmc" so I think the mount has to sit here somewhere (Lik...

Re: 0.4.9 to 0.4.11 having used apt in first place
Future releases will eventually make it to the repos though, right? Updates of packages in Ubuntu always go into the development release. At the moment, that's 9.10/karmic, which already has 0.4.11. In order to get a package updated in an older release (i.e. jaunty or older), a good enough excuse i...

Re: SABnzbd stats script for XChat (linux)
if it works without the &apikey= at the end Probably the wget request results in similar errors as those described in this report: http://trac2.assembla.com/SABnzbd/ticket/87 - only this time when sending the apikey var, which for obvious reasons is unknown to 0.4.7. Which could indeed be worke...

It expects the host, not a full url, i.e. just "192.168.0.120"Shadowtester wrote: Now I have edited the sabgetdata as follows

Re: Ubuntu 9.04 Install, directory questions
All this points to lack of permissions, especially since trying to set these directories in the web interface also fails. Keep in mind that in order to have access to a directory, you will also need some minimal permissions (iirc at least +x for the relevant account) in the rest of the tree.

Re: Need some help with my post processing script
Unix is case-sensitive, therefore "If" won't do what you're expecting. Instead, the shell will try to interprete it as a command, fail, and move on to the next line. Thereby unconditionally running the mv command.jubei wrote: If [ -n "$1/*.flac" ]; then

Re: addition to manual
Thanks for the instructions however, I will probably add them to the download page. Touching that file is only necessary if a user chooses to use the init script and run the program as a service on system boot, which is a nice way to do things but by no means required. Additionally, it might be use...

Re: Bug for sure: Cannot add 2nd account with same hostname
Or use a forwarder app like 6tunnel. Despite the name it works fine for ipv4 too, if you tell it too: 6tunnel -4 -llocalhost 1234 news.example.org 119 ...would allow sabnzbd to connect on localhost port 1234 in order to download from news.example.org port 119. By starting multiple instances of 6tunn...

Probably not, the bug is still marked "in progress" and just a few days ago devs were still asking for people to provide certain filesystem data in order to reliably reproduce the problem.sander wrote:So, have those patches been integrated into Jaunty ... ?

Re: Ubuntu 9.04 and SABnzbd 0.4.9 from jcfp : ERROR: CRC failed
It seems using ext4 is a bit like playing russian roulette right now. Given that complaints about crc errors in sabnzbd started appearing after jaunty came out which just happens to be the only ubuntu release to date that supports ext4, and switching to ext3 fixed the problem for Jaunty_Joke (while ...

Re: Ubuntu 9.04 and SABnzbd 0.4.9 from jcfp : ERROR: CRC failed
Having the standard ubuntu repository and ppa side by side in your apt sources can be savely done, even if both provide a sabnzbdplus package. The version of the packages on the ppa is designed such that in case both contain the same release -as is the case with 0.4.9 right now- the one from the ubu...
