This is my first NAS som I'm new to this. How do I know if the modern SABnzbd with the binary SAByenc module will work on my NAS? I'm planning on following this installation guide:

Performance of sabnzbd using a NAS
I am thinking of getting a NAS to use as file server and usenet downloading with sabnzbd. I am looking at the Qnap TS-431P2 which has a Quad Core 1.7 ARM CPU and 4 GB RAM. Does someone have experience with usenet downloading when using this NAS? Is there a site were they test different NAS with sabn...

Thanks for the reply. It would be great with a "optimize for speed" option. When downloading a job that is 50 gb it takes a couple of minutes to download all par files while it takes half an hour to verify.
