Yes please post the output, it's not stuck, that's just the last log line after starting.
Now SABnzbd should be available and NZB's can be added (which would cause new logging).

For now delete them and see if you can identify why it's happening.
Are you on Windows? There locks of virusscanners can cause problems.
It could also be Direct Unpack crashes, hard to tell.
Are you on 2.3.2?

Sonarr could be doing this, it has an option for this in it's Config (might be under the Advanced switch).

Regarding stuck jobs: please disable all servers with problems, like login problems or other warnings. It's a bug in 2.3.2 that can cause a download to stay at 100%/99%.

Indeed that's removed, with Direct Unpack now available the use-case seems no longer relevant.
(and the name would also be confusing a bit with Direct Unpack available)
