Important warning for those downloading by RSS
If you auto-download by RSS using SABnzbd, it's very important to turn this off and download manually for a short period of time. Right now there is some nasty NZB spam going on, I personally just lost 48 GB of bandwidth/paid news service, because these spammer pricks are posting 24 GB of content in...

Re: Limiting file size of nzb or queued file?
@shypike Will you please consider adding a filter-by-size option as mentioned by the original poster? I will personally pay a bounty on this. I'm sure others will too. This has recently become a very important concern in NZB downloading tools, here's the reason: There is a new trend of newsgroup sp...

Re: Themes on 0.5.0 Final not working?
First, thank you for the replies. I would have replied earlier; however, I thought no one had replied (when in reality it appears there simply isn't an email notification). Upon reading your notes, I rebooted and everything worked fine. I feel like an idiot for not having tried this before posting...

Themes on 0.5.0 Final not working?
I just upgraded to 0.5.0 using apt-get / aptitude on ubuntu 9.10. I then attempted to change the theme, but was unsuccessful. I also attempted to download/install sabnzbdplus-theme-smpl, however, that didn't help either. I'm stuck on the classic theme and was wondering if there was something I could...

Re: Map to SMB shares w/credentials?
In XBMC, you just provide those parameters and evidently it mounts them for you. I hoped there might be a similar method in SABnzbd+. In past posts it appeared people were doing something similar; however, I couldn't get that to work either. If there is currently a way to do this, I'd love to hear ...

Sort String Issue
Bug Report (consistent/reproducible): Using SABnzbd+ 0.5.0RC3 Config > Sorting > Series Sorting > Enable > Sort String: Try this setting: %sn (%0sx%0e) %en.%ext The example will read correct: Example: /home/xbmc/media1torrent/TV/Show Name (01x05) Episode Name.avi The actual file will be named: Examp...

Re: Sick Beard (ALPHA) - Download/sort/rename episodes, XBMC/growl integration, more
I'm interested in trying a SABnzbd+ tool for automatic TV episode downloads. I use my own customized RSS feed that downloads only the shows I watch, from TVNZB, and simply want these downloaded and renamed using the TVDB data. I don't want to find old/missed episodes, etc. Just monitor an RSS-feed ...

Map to SMB shares w/credentials?
I'm running XBMC (first with SABnzbd+ 4.112 then upgraded to 5.0RC3) - being that it's on my XBMC machine, I'd like the paths to save completed files on a remote SMB share. I've searched this forum on how to do that, and I see several posts talking about using variants of smb://hostname/sharename/pa...
