Re: Vista icon problem still resides in 0.3.2
So it's either a quirk of Vista or of the program generator PY2EXE we use. As I've said elsewhere, it might be both. I've heard reports that if you look at the actual icon we're using right now it scales properly, and if you manually associate that icon with the exe in Vista it scales properly, but...

I strongly agree with this. I'm not going to let paradigmm go nuts and override default click actions.Snow wrote:Ps doing something with a right-click on an item always makes me a bit shaky - keep the right click to the browser default is the way to go for me

Re: Theme: SabNZBd plush (concept!)
Maybe it could just be something like this here: (say if you were hovering on Ubuntu) http://img149.imageshack.us/img149/5333/95473995wf3.jpg I agree with Injectx, this would be overkill. We have drag & drop working. All we have to do is say "SORTING IN PLUSH IS DRAG & DROP" and m...

Re: Theme: SabNZBd plush Aqua (concept!)
I think the scrollbars in both queue and history would be a good addition. Default 5 items in queue and history (maybe this can be manually adjusted later on?). I like to view the history too, cause mostly I put a lot of NZB's into the black hole before I go to sleep and want to see what happened i...

Re: Theme: SabNZBd plush Aqua (concept!)
Looks great as-is, but I think it might look a bit better if you used a higher-contrast color for the text (brighter white on black, darker black on grey), at least for the text of the NZB name.
Also, you don't need the # dropdown anymore. We got drag & drop sort working over the weekend.

Re: Download history..
As Shypike said, there are plenty of places SABnzbd exposes data in nice ordered formats. The two main ones are the live JSON and the History RSS. Details on the live JSON can be seen here . JSON is useful if you're developing some manner of third-party app that wants to see what SABnzbd is doing wi...

I'll look into doing this tonight. Shouldn't be too hard.

Re: ETA for post-processing
I'm not sure we have the ability to calculate that, let alone calculate it reliably and completely. We'd only be able to tell the ETA for the current step, assuming that data is exposed. Like, if the par2 commandline app we have can tell us ETA, then we should be able to scrape it, but we wouldn't a...

Re: Fix for invalidly formed NZB files (patch included)
If you're talking about nzbsrus, they're the same state of grey-but-ok-area as Newzbin, so you don't have to dance around it. Also, if you're talking about nzbsrus, we already know they're good at spewing out broken nzb's. PM me details of specifically which nzbs are malformed and I'll look into tal...

Re: nzbdStatus: SAB Control & Monitoring and NewzBin Integration
Yesterday after i restarted my browser it worked again, but today after rebooting my computer, it again, it says sab is idle. Leftclicking doenst help either somehow nzbstatus cant see sab30 :-( Did you restart SABnzbd? It doesn't magically auto-start itself when you reboot. nzbdStatus probably can...

We do have RSS here. (Your browser should have picked up on it).xyanide wrote: You guys should add RSS to the front page, that way we can keep up with the latest news.
I'll put a big friendly RSS icon up later tonight when i switch it from "excerpts" to the full feed.

Re: Request for SABnzbD.org
Every time something good pops up, brash bragging & popularity brought it down. Remember DVD-Shrink? Popularity didn't kill DVDShrink, being illegal did. By circumventing encryption on DVDs, DVDShrink violated the DMCA, which left it open to legal action. SABnzbd breaks no laws, and thus isn't ...

I fixed the problem he was experiencing earlier (it was an actual real problem), there were some role permission issues that had to be straightened out. Everything should be good now.jarvis2323 wrote: maybe pairofdimes needs glasses? (too soon for jokes?

Re: Media Processing Script
Just a heads-up, I didn't delete your stuff because it was expressedly against the rules, but because I forgot to lock-down the attachment script before we went live. In the future, for sharing scripts - for security reasons - I suggest either using your own hosting (as you do already) or using some...
