Re: slow download
OP says "container" and "Common KVM processor SSE2", so something virtualised? If Proxmox: "On the VM Wizard change the CPU type to host, you can also do this by selecting the VM Hardware Tab - > Processor and then edit. You need to stop and start the VM for this to take eff...

Re: Dealing with mass feed URL changes
In history1.db (indeed sqlite) did you find what SAB had already downloaded? Full URLs, or unique ID's? You could change a few entries with "DB Browser for SQLite"? If that works, you could write a sqlite command or a python script to correct your 100.000 entries. Oh, and: No, SABnzbd cann...

Re: Dealing with mass feed URL changes
You mean you have 200 RSS feeds in SABnzbd? I have 2.
AFAIK SAB stores all history info in the directory . So have you checked that directory?

Re: slow download
If that is the output after a few downloads: as there is no "download limited by" cpu/disk, your cpu and disk are not the bottleneck: they can handle everyting that is coming in. So the bottleneck is there ... in your newsservers.

Re: SABnzbd Docker container crashing and freezing
I'm pretty sure it crashes, the web crashes but logs continue; Then SAB is still running. All dots in this log replaced with asterisks because forum was throwing errors about being a new user and submitting links Maybe easier: post on pastebin, and post the url here like pastebin . com / aiojdslfkj...

Your code is only API request. No processing. So not useful.
Furthermore: crash or freeze ?

Re: Service stops randomly, help me find root cause
At 3AM, there was no activity in Sonarr nor in Radarr (my only RSS tools), and I didn't put any NZB files into the watched folder. But something somewhere sent a shutdown request...? Exactly: 2024-02-13 03:00:04,896::DEBUG::[interface:133] Request GET /shutdown/ from [[proxy VM IP]] (X-Forwarded-Fo...

EDIT: that is, if your "unzip" should not be taken literally.

Re: Service stops randomly, help me find root cause
Why do you use Debian?
As it's a VM, how about installing Ubuntu 23.10, which has sabnzbdplus 4.0.2. And upgrading sabnzbd on Ubuntu is easy
SABnzbd on Ubuntu is much easier. And Ubuntu itself is easier than Debian.

Re: Service stops randomly, help me find root cause
Ah, I was only looking at the last part of the logging!
Instead of a service, run sabnzbd from the CLI, with "-l2" (= +Debug logging). Keep the CLI open, and see what happens.

Re: Service stops randomly, help me find root cause
Based on what do you say it stops? How/What did you measure?
Also: that logging is just the startup?
