This is not a script performed by SABznbd.
You must have set up a manual post-processing script in Config > Categories that does this.

This is part of the 7zip unpacking code. Not custom post processing scripts. There might be a mistake in there.

Maybe you could try to run it on your (QNAP) system and see what tracebacks you get? And then report those at Github?
