Re: Request for SABnzbD.org
Usenet wasn't made for distrubuting binaries so they can't sue the network
But as with bittorrent, there's not much to sue but the individual .torrent websites. So I don't think they stand a chance, not as long as free content is also distributed on the networks, same as with usenet.

Re: Request for SABnzbD.org
maybe I missed something but I thought they can't sue people who make these apps. I haven't heard of a single bittorrent app that has been pulled offline due to this. My guess is that 'The big few' are far to busy with DRM and bittorrent right now. When focus shifts to the few usenetters (compared t...

Re: No nzb backup, unless nzb from dirscan folder
perhaps this comes down to a difference in opinions but I think that the nzb backup folder should contain the backups of all nzb's not just dirscanned nzb's. The explanation (default ui) for the option is: OPTIONAL: .nzb Backup Directory: Specify a directory to backup .nzb files to. it doesn't say a...

Re: Speed limiter
is it possible to limit the speed to a threshold instead of using a slowdown factor?
e.g. 1200 kB/s instead of 0.01

Re: Purge History - Only Inactive Entries?
I agree, that behavior is what you'd expect from that function.
Also I still think it's weird that when a file is downloaded but unpar-ing/unpacking, it is moved to history, wouldn't it make more sense to leave it in the queue but with a different status? And maybe a nice progressbar

No nzb backup, unless nzb from dirscan folder
Imho this is a bug; When an nzb is loaded via 'Add URL' or 'Add File' no nzb backup is made . Only when a file is loaded from the dirscan folder it is backupped.

Re: nzbdStatus: SAB Control & Monitoring and NewzBin Integration
First I'd like to say, nice of you to put effort in a good add-on for sab. But there's one thing I'd like to see improved. When i download an nzb it automatically goes to the queue BUT the nzb file stays where it is. This clutters the desktop or any other directory with nzb files. I could go back to...
