Re: Grabbing the wrong set of PARs?

Thanks for checking it out. I'm glad it was as simple as a poor NZB.

Re: Can't find my downloads!!!

Most likely SAB attempted to download something to your external when it wasn't connected, so it probably defaulted to your internal drive. Take a look at the root level of your internal HD. You may see a folder with your external HD's name, follow that, and I think you'll locate your files. In the ...

Re: Grabbing the wrong set of PARs?

Did you create 1 NZB for 2 movies? No, I also create one NZB per download. It has just happened twice in two separate instances. SABnzbd will never be able to solve problems caused by incorrect NZB files. It creates sets of files based on the PAR2 files it finds. A set of PAR2 files that obey the s...

Re: Need Help Sab stopped working all of a sudden

liq2, try this. Open Terminal and enter this followed by a return:
open -e .sabnzbd/sabnzbd.ini

It should open sabnzbd.ini in TextEdit where you can change the IP address to something reachable.

Re: Newsgroup Provider

I'm located in the SF Bay Area. Connecting to the unlimited server ($15/month). --- unlimited.newshosting.com ping statistics --- 10 packets transmitted, 10 packets received, 0% packet loss round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 94.106/96.451/108.285/3.973 ms Seems fairly reasonable to me. I'll have to dou...

Re: Underscores instead of ";" in show names, and renaming of ":" in general.

I'd like to second the motion of having options to choose what characters to replace with what. I prefer my illegal characters to get replaced with dash/hyphen "-", and a few options in the preferences allowing us to choose what character(s) to replace illegals with would be great.

Re: Newsgroup Provider

I have Newshosting, and no problems saturating my 6.25mbit connection. If you figure out the cause or a solution, make sure to post back on here. I'm interested in case I ever have any issues. Best of luck to you :-)

Re: SABnzbdX, SABnzbd for OSX gui

I'd like it if you could give a name to a SABnzbd+ host, so it's not referred to just by IP when you see growl alerts, or in the menu.

I'd love to see "Living Room Mac"  or "Seedbox" instead of raw IP addresses.

Re: SABnzbdX, SABnzbd for OSX gui

I don't understand how you can have that... I have to dig more. Could you please try to : stop SABnzbdX remove the plist start SABnzbdX 1.2.1 go to preferences delete the localhost add a host 192.168.0.20:1234 I've made the test and it worked... That works! I think it has to do with deleting the lo...

Re: SABnzbdX, SABnzbd for OSX gui

It seems that you have 2 SABnzbd hosts configured and the selected one is the localhost:8080, can you select in the menu the 192.168.0.20:1234 item ? Is it working ? Do you have growl installed ? Growl is installed, and works fine with 1.1. Only the 192.168.0.20:1234 shows in SABnzbdX's list in 1.2...

Re: SABnzbdX, SABnzbd for OSX gui

Could you try this please ? - quit SABnzbdX - rename the file /Users//Library/Preferences/org.sabnzbd.team.plist - launch SABnzbdX - go to preferences and enter your settings If it don't work, could you send me your org.sabnzbd.team.plist file ? Tried this, also tried it with 1.21 and neither made ...
