Re: [1.2.0RC1]URLGRABBER fails

Confirm it works for the ones that were failing for me before. Great job, thanks.

Announcement message download link isn't a link

FYI, the recent announcement messages have the URL for the downloads, but it's not clickable.

Re: [1.2.0RC1]URLGRABBER fails

It's because this file starts with a reserved word in Windows. "Con" https://www.google.ch/search?q=windows+reserved+file+names We will implement a more proper way of handeling these files in an upcoming release of Sabnzbd. Might explain why the NZB file I download for these episodes star...

[1.2.0RC1]URLGRABBER fails

I have a particular TV program, any episode from Con Man season 2, that when DogNZB sends the release for download, it fails with this error: IOError: [Errno 9] Bad file descriptor: u'D:\\Program Files\\<USERNAME>\\admin\\future\\Con.Man.S02E08.Im.with.Stupid.1080p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264-CM.nzb.gz' 2017...

Re: "Too many connections" from primary when backup in use

I've been seeing this for a very long time and simply ignored it as some kind of strange issue. I have 3 Astraweb servers set up in priority order, ssl-eu.astraweb.com 10-connections, ssl-us.astraweb.com 5-connections and ssl.astraweb.com 5-connections, and even with my allocated 20 connections I st...

Re: Restarting Job

We could create a scheduler event that will restart failed jobs. There are limits to retrying. Adding articles to a partial file is not doable, due to a fundamental error in the design of NZB files. Wouldn't a restart simply delete all the downloaded files, except the original nzb, then start again...

Re: Restarting Job

Any chance of this making it into the next release v1.2.0?

Sure, happy to try it - I reverted back so it's easy enough for me to restore back again if the test fails.

[1.2.0beta1] Not working after upgrade

I didn't to hijack the other "not working" thread, so feel free to merge them if you see fit, but my upgrade did not go well either. I run SABnzbd on my Windows server as a service using a dedicated account (not the one I log into the server with) and at first the service would not run and...

Re: Restarting Job

Set a propagation delay: https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/configuration/1.1/switches Yes, that should solve your issues, shouldn't it? Just set a delay of about 60 min and surely all articles should be present on your newsserver! Thanks to both of you it's nice to know that this exists as an option with in...

Re: Restarting Job

Any further thoughts on adding this soon? I could have done with it this week with quite a few failed downloads I submitted not being fully available on my provider's servers, but were fine later on.

Restarting Job

Is there a way to restart a job rather than just retrying it? I've had a few jobs that failed and a retry won't work but I find that sometimes restarting it by deleting then re-adding the same NZB file does complete. A way to simply "delete and restart" a job would be handy in these cases....
