download quota

is there a way to setup a download quota for a specific server?
I have a very cheap server with a download limit that I hit regularly, and I'd like sabnzbd to not try to connect to it after I have downloaded its limit. if I leave it on normally it seems to hit the limit, then get 502 errors (and slow down other operations) until i shut it off manually

No, quota are for ISP's, not for Usenet providers.
Just make the server "optional", then SABnzbd won't try it so often,
but once every 10 minutes.

yes, I have done so.
Is there any disadvantage in making all servers optional?

Not really, though typically "optional" is to prevent unreliable (often free) servers
from blocking the queue.
