Eweka stupid slow or just me?

Since Friday night I've had terrible speeds from these guys, sent in support ticket buy no word and not much chang. Had about 2MB/s on friday 500KB/s saturday and sunday and now 2MB/s again today. Anyone else in North America having issue?
