I have a main Usenet account I've been using. I've got unlimited download/speed for a year. I sometimes get up to 20MB/s. No problems except for missing things (few blocks short), so I bought some backup accounts that just have blocks of GB that never expire.
I went in and turned off my main Usenet account and enabled the other one.
In SAB it reports 1KB/s.. sometimes 2KB/s, even though I can clearly see it's faster than that.

That speed usually happens when all articles are missing..
Can you see the Missing articles go up and up all the time? (hover over the title in Plush skin)
