Repairing failed, [Error 5] Access is denied

I've run SAB for over a year without any problems. Now all of a sudden I'm getting a "Repairing failed, [Error 5] Access is denied" error on every single download.

There haven't been any system changes that I'm aware of, and to make sure I've taken ownership of the download folders and checked permissions. Nothing suspicious there.

I am logged into Windows as an Admin

Specific error:
Error [Error 5] Access is denied while running par2_repair on set 92ca13bb08f0e0d33dcbe4ea103237b5

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1
SABnzbd Version: 0.7.20
