Not specified Directory

Im fairly new to Sabnzbd, I have it working, it does what its suppose to do for the most part but the complete directory is on an external drv but it puts it on my local hard drive complete. Im using Windows 10, Sabnzbd ver 1.2.0 The folders all point to my E: drv which is the external drive, how it stores the completed on the C: drv is beyond me. How to point it to the correct drive is the issue. Please advise.
