OT: What do you guys use for upload?

SAB+ is great but it doesn't allow for file upload (yet?).
What do you guys use for upload?
I'd like to know options for both Win32 and *BSD/Linux.

Hey! I didn't mean uploading *.nzb into SAB+. 
What I meant was, uploading files (only legit and free content!) to USENET servers.
