xsnews ipv6 status?

Post by bluenote »

It seems like xsnews free ipv6 has gotten more and more problematic and maybe now has ceased altogether for me.
I get access denied to your node, and, connection refused.
Is anyone else still using their free accounts?

thanks!

It indeed has problems when you use a tunnel to connect to it.

If you have native IPv6 it works like a charm.

Just for the record and anyone else, for me my IPV6 depends on windows firewall being active.
Don't ask me how that's the case, but it is for the teredo stuff.  So I was causing my own problems
changing the state of the firewall.  (And windows update sometimes will toggle it on as well in my experience)
Embarassing for me, but , maybe someone can learn from my mistake :)
