Been a SAB user for years - just can't figure out how to get the categories to be correct - shouldn't after selecting say a Movie/DIVX download from NZBMatrix, it auto knows to put the results into the movies folder on my hard drive?  If I manually change the category type, it pushes it to correct folder - but sometimes I forget.

If you download manually the NZB, SAB doesn't know what catagorie the NZB is unless you place it in a catagory sub folder in your watch folder. If you use RSS or bookmarks, then the catagory information is passed to SAB

Why is so complex to just use NZBMatrix categories?  If I d/l from Movies DIVX, can't SAB auto determine the category movie?

Everyone wants another mapping.
Some split between Movies and Movies-HD.

Still not clear on your point "another mapping" - I simply want SAB to default to the category it's coming from within NZBMatrix.  Right now I have to manually select the category unless its and RSS feed I've created.

How do you get your NZB files from nzbmatrix.com?
There are only two ways SABnzbd can get at the category:
1. If you enter a full nzbmatrix API URL in the "Add NZB" box
2. You have an RSS feed from nzbmatrix.com
When you download an NZB to disk and then feed it to SABnzbd,
there will be no category, because that info just isn't in the NZB.

Maybe that's the trick - just to confirm, what is the Firefox plug in name?

Firefox: nzbdstatus
Chrome/safari: sabconnect

The sabconnect isn't in the Chrome store - is there another safe place to d/l?
