Some settings were lost during the migration, but luckily they're all on one page for you to go fix, assuming you need to fix them.
- Go over to User Control Panel -> Board Preferences
- Set your Language. Default is English, but we also have French and Dutch since those are the languages we do support in.
- Set your Timezone and Time Display preference. This may have reset during the migration.
- While you're on the page, review the two email settings at the top: "Users can contact me by e-mail" and "Administrators can e-mail me information". We occasionally send out release notifications by email, so you may want to keep that one turned on.
- Under Edit posting defaults you'll probably also want to turn off "Notify me upon replies by default", so we don't send you a jillion emails. (I might just disable this outright)
