cant start headphones

Post by usenetdude »

i know its a sabnzbd forum but i think this error is not a Headphone error.

When i try to run
sudo /etc/init.d/headphones start

I get this error
/etc/init.d/headphones: 380: .: 3: Too many open files

I have XBMCubuntu OS

Other programa's like SAB and SickBeard works fine and i can start those with with out errors.

When i start python HeadPhones.py it works fine on poort 8181! but i changed the poort in file:
/etc/default/headphones to 8088

I too have this error when installing headphones. On ubuntu 12.04, I can start the script manually but when I try to run it as a daemon using the instructions provided by the official website I get the same error. Mind you sab, sickbeard and couchpotato all run fine as a daemon.... has anyone else experienced this?

I tried headphones and hated it....couldn't find things that I could manually, and just didn't work properly. hopefully they get a stable release put out sometime.
