Been a hellanzb/lotto user for quite some time. After an update to python, I could no longer d/l any nzb as it would just sit in the queue. I have always heard about sabnzbd so I figured, what the heck.
I am using Linux Mint 8 w/Chromium. After trying to figure out how this works AND after downloading the sabnzb plugin, this program rocks!. It was cool to see in nzbmatrix the sabnzb plugin and sure enough, once I clicked it my d/l started immediately!...great job to all involved...!

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
