Apologies in advance as I am not good with computers...
Have had this wonderful program for a year and it has been superb!
I saw and update option yesterday and believe it updated to the latest version.
I used to average about 2.8mbs downloads, but since the update, it's is fluctuating like crazy between zero and 1.6mbs.
I am getting too many connection errors and tried to adjust that and still no change.
My internet connection is very stable and is about 23.5MBs on average and torrents are downloading fine if I do a test with one.
Have gone to 'config' and have max line speed at '3M' and Percentage Of Line Speed set to 100, but I don't really see any difference when playing with those settings.
I am on the Windows version and believe it's the latest.
I hope this is enough info as I am not good with this stuff and have done a lot of reading before asking for help, but still do not understand.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Could you tell us which version you really running now? 1.0.3 or the test release, 1.1.0RC2?

So this happens with *every* download? Also something like an Ubuntu ISO? (for testing)

I'm running 1.0.3 and experience the same exact thing, Very erratic DL speeds, Messed with tuning, checked everything I've found online and still the same. I've been trying to DL a item and it was clocking huge amount of hours or will drop to 0KB and then nothing. But, last night I DL a bunch of stuff and I was DL @ 3.5MB this morning it wont DL nothing. Any suggestions would be great.
My average line speed is 45 - 55 Mbps,I can do a line test when trying DL in SAB and it shows fine or try to DL anything else without SAB and that works fine.

I've been having the same thing happen to me on my mac for quite a while now... I'm on version 1.0.3 [927ba3c]. When I first start an NZB I get like 13MB/s that is steady for a few seconds..then it drops to near zero and goes up and down from zero to 2.5MB/s over and over and my download activity chart looks like a cardiogram with extreme peaks and valleys.
