Ran that and it said the below. Should I restart SAB? Backup/uninstall/reinstall?

That worked! Thanks so much! On a high level, if it's not a pain to ask, could you let me know what may have happened since I didn't update anything on my NAS then all of a sudden all this stuff came up?

I'm not sure. Sometimes those Entware Python modules get a little out-of-whack, but I've no-idea why.
I'd really like to find the problem and fix it for-good, but it never happens on any of my test NAS. A reinstall of Entware is the only certain fix for it.

I also tried sherpa upgrade SABnzbd and it said no new package is available and did uninstall and install, which gave the same error
