Hi,
I am using Mac OSX 10.7.4 on an iMac and sabnzbd 0.7.1
My energy saver settings put my mac to sleep after 1 hour of inactivity.
If sabnzbd is downloading a large file (that needs 6 hours) my mac goes to sleep after 1 hour. Why?
Sabnzbd should take my Mac awake until the download has finished.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

That's because OSX doesn't see what SABnzbd does as "activity".
Unlike Windows, there no way for apps to keep OSX awake (at least none that I know).
There's a free tool in the AppStore, called Caffeine, but I don't know if that will help.
There is an option to let SABnzbd bring OSX into standby when the queue becomes empty.
