Please help SAb7.11 is shutting down

Hi guys

i am running Sab 7.11 on OSX 10.8.2 with sickbeard controlling my TV downloads.
It seems that every night i go to sleep and when i wake sab has shutdown on its own , it wasnt doing this on the previous version i was running.
i have tried to reinstall a few older versions thinking it might be a bug , but the same thing happens.

there are lots of files cued to download so its not that sab is sitting empty with nothing to do.


please can someone help me i cant seem to figure this problem out.

Did you check if you have configured a shutdown schedule? Look in config/scheduling...

i check that and it was empty, do u think i should setup a schedule 23.59 everyday to resume?

I don't think that would help. If SAB doesn't run, then resuming isn't going to help.

Does the machine itself reboot every night (updates/...)? Did you check this?

the machine stay on all night , never shutting down /updating or going to sleep. everything else is running except sab and all the config files seem to b as they were before the update. so puzzled.

Last 2 attemps, then I'm out of ideas...

1) No new/other software installed since this SAB started behave like this?

2) Look in config/folders/system folders. See where you log directory is and get the last 50 or 100 lines of the log when SAB has done a shutdown. Maybe something is in there...

2) is also possible via status/"latest warnings" and then click on "show logging" (with +debug)

nothing new was installed and i just check the logs again and it doesnt show the shutdown or any error.just seems to stop.

Check the OSX "Console" app, possibly a crash is reported.

Unfortunately not very helpful, all it says is that a standard Apple library crashes.
I'll look into it, but don't get you hopes up too soon.
This kind of problem is almost impossible to find, because it might just be Apple's fault.
