Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Hi, been having problems with my SAB install on FreeNAS for a little while now. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the same error occurs. I cannot change either download directory - it always reverts to the standard. Seems to be a permission issue, but reinstalling hasn't fixed it.
