He said "at least" 41 -- not exactly 41 - that's just the connection that reported the error in that log line.

I didn't get any notifications about that and they are still charging me monthly. I've had my account for a long time, so I doubt that's the case.

The interaction between you and me is not working for me, so I'll leave this thread.

When you get log lines like this

Code: Select all

2015-03-16 20:41:50,664::INFO::[decoder:230] <Article: [email protected], bytes=793374, partnum=63, art_id=None> => missing from all servers, discarding
It simply means that the post has been removed from the server.
(Look up "DMCA takedown Usenet").
"Too many connections" need not be a problem, because SABnzbd will scale down the number of connections.
The number of connections should be in the range 8-16, more doesn't help.
It's probably a good idea to disable the option Config->Switches->Disconnect_on_empty_queue.

From reading some other threads, I had already disabled "Disconnect on empty queue", but didn't seem to change anything. I've tried a number of different NZD's from different sources at this point (movies, tv shows, books, programs,etc) but nothing will download. I am completely at a loss now.

The NZB doesn't matter as far as "too many connections" is concerned.
(It does for "missing articles")
I would suggest that you try another program (like Grabit) to verify your Usenet account.
If that doesn't fail, we can try a few more tests.
