So I am new to this whole thing, I followed a guide to register for Giganews, download and setup both Sick Beard & SABnzbd but I am facing a couple of issues.
I either get "Out of your server's retention" even though my retention from Giganews is 2367 days and the episodes am trying to download are 120 days old
The other error am getting is "The are no videofiles in folder" which am not sure what it means, it is not even trying to download the show
I am completely lost and any help is highly appreciated

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

"Out of your server's retention" means it was removed from the Giganews servers because of a DMCA Takedown/DMCA Removal request. Google for more info.
