Upgrade to Win 10 - Error Failed making

I just upgraded my system to windows 10, and I think there is something wrong with permissions.
I have 2 disks, C:\ (ssd) and e:\ (normal HDD). I used to download everything to my E:\.
Everytime I try to add a NZB to sabnzbd, I get the error Failed making.
When I switch the download dir to my C:\ disk, everything works as normal.
My windows is Dutch, but you still probably understand what it says.
The security is as follows:
What can I do to fix this?

Try making a new folder for SABnzbd.
Or remove the existing one (the "tmp" in this case) and restart SABnzbd.
It seems that Win10 makes a mess of existing access rights (at least in some cases).

Yes, deluged, a program I use for torrents has no problems writing. Other software doesn't either.

So try it again from the beginning:
Create a new folder in E:\, verify the rights of that folder (the screenshot is only for the main drive rights) that administrators and users have writing access.
Then change the setting in sabnzbd so it points to that new folder.
I run it also on my second drive on Windows 10, works like a charm.

You could also try deleting the previous folder (altbinz) and make a new one with the same name!
