Latest beta broke on me

Hi

I just updated to the latest beta and this is the first beta that caused Sab to break.

Version: 0.8 beta5)
OS: Windows 8.1 pro latest updates
Install-type: exe file from sourceforge
Firewall Software: Windows firewall, no changes
Are you using IPV6? No
Is the issue reproducible? Unknown

If I go to the Sab web address, I'm prompted for login, but when I log in I see this error message:

That is a very strange error, like some part of the upgrade did not went correctly (maybe a file persmisson issue at time of update).
Could you completely uninstall SAB (make a backup of your settings file, located in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\sabnzbd, just to make sure, your settings shouldn't be deleted) and reinstall it?
Make sure the installation is completely gone from the Program Files folder after uninstall.

Thank you. We appear to be back in business!

I suspect I may know what happened. My Windows machine was originally set up with a Microsoft account, and then I switched to a local administrator account. Sab was still in the Microsoft account folders. Why this wasn't a problem on the previous betas, I have no idea.

But following your help seems to have fixed the problem.
