I've configured SABnzbd with 2 servers: primary-server Easynews and as a backup-server Astraweb.
F.e. SABnzbd downloaded with "success" an AVI-file.
How can I know .. from which server did SABnzbd get the data?
Is there an error-log? For example to know whether a "DMCA-removed" ...?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

In the history, click on the name of the item. In the popup it will show something like:
Easynews=4 MB, Astraweb=800MB
Easynews=4 MB, Astraweb=800MB

But .... I don't know from which server the data for the AVI-file came.....
OK .. I can disable one server .. and test with the other server.
