ASUSTOR: encoding Warning when starting SABnzbd

I get the following error every time I start SABnzbd on my ASUSTOR NAS....

WARNING 20/05/2017 05:17 SABnzbd was started with encoding ANSI_X3.4-1968, this should be UTF-8. Expect problems with Unicoded file and directory names in downloads.

Is there any way to fix this?

It is the character encoding setting in ASUSTOR itself, and/or how SABnzbd is called by the ASUSTOR OS.

SABnzbd can't solve that; SAB can only warn. Ask ASUSTOR how to solve that.
