Can't find install directory QNAP

Post by northernivy »

Just moving from a Synology to a Qnap NAS. I am wondering, if anyone knows why I am not able to se this directory in the file station: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/QSabNZBdPlus/SAB_CONFIG/Downloads/complete
I have not be able to figure out how to get to this directory. Any help would be great.

Sorry we don't make this package, you will have to ask on the forum of the creator.

That's because File Station only shows files in directories for recognised shares. Anything else is not accessible.

An example is (/share/Download) which points to (/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Download).

File Station will show you (/share/Download) as (Download) but you won't see (/share) or anything else higher in the directory tree.

This is by-design and is to help keep users from messing with the OS files. ;)

You might want to reconfig the SAB download path so that it points to (/share/Download) so that you can access your files.
