Is it possible to allow only one instance of the process sabnzbd? ???

This is what normally happens yes, only 1 instance is allowed. On startup sabnzbd tries to bind to its configured port, if it can't, because something else is running there, it dies.

I'm using the latest RC and it allowed me to accidentally open it twice (two tray icons).

Did it actually stay open? For example what happens if you right click both icons? Sometimes the icon doesn't get removed by Windows, even though SABnzbd is shutdown.

Did this happen on a user-action? So SABnzbd didn't restart itself for sure? If SABnzbd restarted itself it means something went wrong that we should fix.
