After downloading SABnzbd to my Applications folder, I clicked to open it and it did not open. I tried a few times more with no results. I then attempted to trash it and got a popup message from my OS that said the application could not be trashed because it was open even though no window were shown. Next, I attempted to Force it to quit and the app didn’t even show up as running on my “force” window. So it appears that I have your program on my computer constantly running and I cannot get rid of it.
Cannot quit SABnzbd Mac version 2.2.0

SABnzbd runs in the background.
Can you access SABnzbd via http://127.0.0.1:8080/ in your webbrowser?

Re: Cannot quit SABnzbd Mac version 2.2.0
Strange, and you had an older version running just fine before?
Can you restart your Mac?
Then let's run sabnzbd in a terminal, to see if errors are thrown. Run this command:
/Applications/SABnzbd.app/Content/MacOS/SABnzbd --console -l2
If it still won't start, can you delete your configuration folder?
Delete the whole folder:
~/Library/Application Support/SABnzbd
This does mean that you'll loose your settings, but maybe something is blocking it.
