Since latest update downloads do not start

Hello,

after the last update from 2.1 to 2.21 my install stopped downloading. It still works fine within my setup (aside from not being able to start by right clicking in the systems tray and selecting "Show Interface" when notghing happens) , the nzb:s are added but they are stuck at 0%.

Before the update it worked just fine. I have tried to change the port to 8081 in the .ini file but it did not help at all. I have disabled the Norton firewall but still no joy. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and restarted but it still won't start the downloads. I'm sorry if I am vague, I am happy to provide more information, just as long as you could point me in the driection of what to look for.

Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin (if applicable): default
Firewall Software: Norton Internet Security,
Are you using IPV6? Nope
Is the issue reproducible? (yes/no)

Remove all your servers and then add them again, using only basic settings. Sure there are no warnings present?

Possible causes:

- Paused overall (main page)
- paused download (main page: Queue)
- paused based on schedule : config -> scheduling
- nothing in Queue
- no newsserver defined
- no newsserver reachable. Click on Test Server

I can see no warnings at all. Will try to add the server again.

Update: Do I remove the server in the .ini file`? Can't find a way to do it in the interface?
Never mind found it, removed it and added. No change though.

Checked on all those, and it seems none of those is the error.

Oke then go into the Status Window, switch logging to +Debug and then restart SABnzbd and add a download.
After a few minutes, click in the Status Window 'Show logging'.

I am sorry for being obtuse, how do you want me to share it. The log is huge and contains a lot of info that I would have to black out. Just the last part you need to see or how do you mean?

If you click Show Logging it will remove any usernames, passwords and api keys.

I analyzed his logs.
It turns out that his computer-name has a special character in it: Å
This causes the start of SABnzbd to be interrupted when starting pybonjour. Probably an unlogged unicode problem.

Solution: Config > Specials, disable enable_bonjour. Restart SABnzbd.

I am having a similar problem since upgrading today. The NZB files are not going into queue and I don't see them anywhere on SABnzb. I tried to do the same as above by unclicking the box "enable bonjour" and restarting but no change.

Switch logging to Debug in the Status window, add an NZB, also try the regular Add NZB window, and then download the log via Show Logging to see what the last lines are?
(at the end there will be the Config file, but before that)

You are on 2.2.1, correct?

The same thing is happening to me after update to 2.2.1 - nzb's are available in the "watched" folder but nothing happens. I tried the "add nzb" to the window and still nothing. There are no messages appearing in the debug log and I checked all of the previous suggestions in this thread and nothing helps.
