No post processing - 2.3.1

Post by kemotsysinc »

I've downloaded the latest Windows version of SAB, but I haven't been able to get the software to move completed movies or TV shows since the last 2 updates. I have about 25 TV shows and movies sitting in my completed folder, but they still haven't moved to their respective folders.

Is there a way to force the post-processing?

You have to be a bit more specific, who is not processing it?
Sonarr? Radarr? Sickrage?

I have Sonarr, SAB and Couchpotato. It is not moving my TV or movies, so I believe the issue lies in Sonarr. It was working until I upgraded to 2.3.0, so I upgraded to 2.3.1 to see if that fixed the issue. It still doesn't work. I'm running Windows 10 and the drives are local for my TV shows and Movies.

Did you do any diagnostics yourself?
For example when you go into all of these programs, what happens if you test the connection to sabnzbd from within these programs?
Have you restarted your computer?
What do you have set for Hostname in sabnzbd?
