Download Failed - Not on your server(s)

Post by scb147 »

I've been using Sabnzbd for a year or so now, and it's been great. I'm currently using V2.3.1 on Win7 64-bit.

The issue I've been having has not really hindered anything, but I finally decided to see if this was a normal behavior.

I have a Category that moves everything to a different drive on completion. I also have a Series Sorting on this category to format the file as I want. However, the history always shows "Download Failed - Not on your server(s)" even though the file exists in the path configured in the Category.

It's never really bothered me, but it would be nice if this would actually show "Completed" so I know it's actually been downloaded.

Is there something I'm missing in regards to this scenario?

Thanks!

That's very strange and sounds like a bug.
Could you enable Debug logging in the Status window, then when it happens again, click Show Logging in the Status window and send me the whole log at [email protected]
