Hi,
I'm experiencing a problem where Sabnzbd moves my downloads to NZBGet's completed folder despite the settings parameters to put it in a different folder. It does this automatically. P.S. I once had NZBGet installed. I don't think I've uninstalled it.
I've also removed NZBGet as a download client from Sonarr and only have Snzbd setup.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

In the history of Sabnzbd, click on the item in history, there it will list where sabnzbd moved the file under Path.
If that's not the location where you found your files then it's actually some post processing (sonarr/CouchPotato/etc) doing the moving.
Another thing that can affect the location of the files are you Category settings, please inspect those.
