Hello,
Having 2 issues that just started a couple days ago. First, when items complete in the queue, they stay at 100% and after a very very long time, they may or may not process. Second, my download speeds in SAB have dropped to roughly 140KBps, when normally, for the past 5 years, they have always been up around 18MBps.
I let the queue download and there was nothing in my queue. Added some files to download and the same thing happens, they stay at 100% and don't process immediately.
Regarding the download speeds, I checked with my ISP, no issues there. I downloaded other files from the web and has no issues with speed. I downloaded from different servers and still had slow speeds.
Any help is appreciated.

Are you able to upgrade to 2.3.2RC1?
It hopefully fixed in there.

Re: Download speeds have dropped to almost 0 and queue won't process
I upgraded to 2.3.2RC1 but am still experiencing issues.
Re: Download speeds have dropped to almost 0 and queue won't process
Can you enable Debug logging in the Status window and then after it happens again send me the log at [email protected]?
Only NZBs added after the upgrade to 2.3.2RC1 should not hold at 100% anymore. For older ones you can force post processing by setting priority to Stop.
However, your speed issue could just be connection related. At least we haven't heard other reports about it.

I let it run overnight and no change. Is it possible to save the queue but uninstall/reset the program to attempt a fresh start? I would like to try that first before the debugging.
Re: Download speeds have dropped to almost 0 and queue won't process
Yes that is possible: https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/faq#freshstart
But you maybe lose your queue, better to finish it first.

Re: Download speeds have dropped to almost 0 and queue won't process
I cleared all orphaned jobs and started from scratch.
The first download of a new file begins at full speed (17MBps) for approximately 10-20 seconds, then drops to half, then drops to less than 2MBps.
Files are not processing after reaching 100%.
When I try to set a file that is at 100% to stop, it doesn't do anything and reverts back to it's previous priority setting.
Running v2.3.2RC1, currently have 10 files in the queue.
Edit: also note, that when removing jobs now, sab says it loses connection and takes a little bit to reconnect in the browser.

Oke can you then do the Debug option and send me the logs at [email protected]?
Do you use a Pre Queue script?

Edit: After the first download at 100% bandwidth, it sits at 100%, then the speed for all other downloads is throttled down to 10-20% of max speed.

It hasn't happened yet after a full system restart. I also increased the article cache to 5G while waiting. I will post and send logs if it happens.

Re: Download speeds have dropped to almost 0 and queue won't process
Upped my cache to 10G, and it is almost at 6G with only 30 downloads. Post processing is extremely slow (takes about 5 minutes to unpack a 600mb show, previously it only took around 10 seconds). The files sit at 100% and the bandwidth is throttled only when the cache becomes extremely full.
Re: Download speeds have dropped to almost 0 and queue won't process
So are you sure you are not having disk issues here?
That would explain many of your problems.
In the Status window, if you test the disk speed (while downloading is paused), what result do you get for both folders?

This would appear to be the issue. Not sure what is going on as the array where the folders are is completely intact. Will troubleshoot this and post back.
