I have Sab installed on my Windows 8.1 laptop. For some reason I can't fathom out, it's bandwith max limit is roughly between 600 and 400k/s. I have tried this from both my work (unknown but FAST) and home internet (30meg) so, it does not appear to be a pipe issue. I have 2 Usenet suppliers (Tweak and Astra) and the same happens to one/either/both, no matter how I configured them. I've done the obligatory delete of Sab, deleted the appdata/local folder stuff, run CCleaner to be sure of any registry stuff. I've disabled firewall and also tried using VPNs, no effect.

My issue resolved itself after 10pm local time last night. I tried on a different computer on a business acct (same isp) and saw the same issue.
Really not sure if it was ISP or Provider related for me.
