Extremely long download time 6000 days (failed dl)
Many downloads that should be failed and removed are not just reduced to nearly no data downloading and a 6000 day wait. I've tried all options. From check file for completion before download to just allowing the download and remove if unable to finish rebooted pc and program. Tested all servers most downloads are fine bit only recently (changed main indexer) did this start. And only on a few files.

I am not sure if I understand what you want.
You want very old downloads to fail faster?
In that case you can set a Retention time (max age of article) for *all* your servers (Config > Servers, enable Advanced Settings). This will make SAB process them very quickly.
Otherwise: yes, SABnzbd will ask all of your servers if they have the article. If they respond slowly, it will take a while to complete everything.
