New releases would always go idle when near complete

When it's about 90% complete it will stop downloading. I would pause and unpause and usually it would start downloading again. It doesn't always work though. I updated to 2.3.3 and the problem persists.

Can you enable +Debug logging in the Status window, then after it happens again send me the log at [email protected]?
