I am not sure where to look, hopefully someone can drive me in the right direction.
Sabnzb and Sonarr work just as I expect. But using couchpotato or headphonz the content gets downloaded through sabnzb but then goes away. In the logs I see it processing the files moving it from incomplete folder to complete folder but then its gone. Doesn't end up in the final folders.
Is this an issues in the Sabnzb configuration or something in the other apps? All 4 applications run on a Qnap NAS.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

What happens if you don't use the scripts? Otherwise indeed it's a script problem.
