Can I use XS Usenet to download ?

Hello
Please I am new and I don't know how to use the account of XS usenet which I registered to it.
Can I use Usenet to download a book ?
For example .. this book here
A vanished world by Wilfred Thesiger
When I click on download it opens this page of Usenet

So my question is :
Isn't the XS usenet account the same of Usnet account ?
Or: it is different and I can't use it in the page I mentioned first ?
