Hello Folks,

I'm a bit stumped on this one. I've been using Sab with Sonarr for a few YEARS now. NEVER had an issue with it. Recently updated to latest/greatest version of Sab. On my iMac where I've always used it. I get the error Failed Making directory for EVERY download. Even ones that worked previously.

I have made NO changes to my system and have verified that I have read/write permissions on the folder I have always written my files to from sab.

I have tried reinstalling sab again......no luck. same issue. I have also deleted the directory I used and recreated it ...no luck...same failed making error.

Anyone have any ideas I can try? Thanks in advance.

Did you restart the device in between?

What is the path you use? Could you maybe include the whole error here?
(you might get complaints about not alllowed to post URL's, so just put spaces where it looks like an URL)

Yes, I rebooted my mac and tried it again. Same issue. Here is the exact error:

ERROR Failed making ( Users MYNAME Downloads incomplete The.Good.Doctor.S01E03.Oliver.1080p )

but I get the same error with any show I try to download. As I said earlier, this has been working fine for years up until I updated Sabnzbd to the latest version. Then it started giving me this error.

After upgrading to 2.3.5, I'm having the same issue. Did you ever resolve this?

What platform are you using? It makes a big difference.
