SABnzbd is already running

Really could use some help. Since a few days I have a problem with SABnzbd. When I start up and click on a nzb file then SABnzbd starts up and downloads the file. As soon as I click on another nzb file then I get the next error:
Fatal error:
Unable to bind port 8080 on 127.0.0.1. Some other software uses the port or SABnzbd is already running.

It is already running and doesn't have to start another session, just download the next nzb file. It always use to work that way. Now I have to shut SABnzbd down again, so it can start up again with the next NZB file.
Looked here if other people had this problem but they could fix it with changing the port. tried that, but didn't change anything. Downloaded the latest version, also didn't change a thing.
Any advice???

How do you run SABnzbd? On Windows/linux/etc? As a service?
For some reason the check if SABnzbd is already running and to add the NZB files is not succeeding.

It is running on Windows 10. Could it be a setting that changed?

Could you enable Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window? Pause downloading.
Then try to add the NZB file as you described.
After that click Show Logging and send me the log at [email protected]

I think I need the Status and Interface settings window from SABnzbd. I switch language from dutch to english but still can't find that window.

Could you tell me?

I have scanned the registry and removed a program in the automated startprocedure that is didn't recognised and now it seems to work fine again. It seems not to been a problem of SABnzbd but rather a windows program. Thanks for your help.
